Description

Made using simple methods with 100% homegrown blueberries & artesian spring water. This crystal blue dry red wine starts with aromas of lavender, honey, wildflowers and fresh blueberries. The first pour is crisp & tart with subtle hints of berry sweetness. TBD finishes surprisingly fresh. As with all of our wines this one is highly resistant to oxidation & will keep for weeks after opening! Just pop the cork back in and let it rest. Pairs well with all chocolate, fresh fruits & strong cheese, or thick juicy steaks.

Do not aerate or decant this wine. Serve at room temperature
