Homegrown blackberries & wild freshly foraged elderberries compliment each other well in this smooth mellow marriage of fruits! This dark purple jewel opens with fragrances of elderflowers, forest, meadow & dark ripe berry. Many rich & complex flavors & aromas develop in this wine during the 3-4 year fermentation & aging process. It holds a Natural fruit sweetness while smokey wood, coffee, berry, nut & flowers play in its aroma & flavor. A smooth dry but fresh end leaves you ready for more! Pairs nicely with lamb, filet, pastry, fruits, cheese & of course… dark chocolate.
