Next she surprises your palate with an unexpected dryness & subtle flavors of berries dominated by rhubarb notes. Finishing with a strawberry kiss & the usual fresh clean lightness of our “grape free” wines. Served best over frozen strawberries in a hammock! This wine ages very well in the bottle. Pairs well with pasta, seafood & desserts.
